One heatmap, zero excuses

Reps is a self-built habit tracker PWA around a single idea: the GitHub-style heatmap as the whole interface. Log a rep, watch the grid fill in.

Supabase handles auth and data, Vercel serves it, and the app installs to a phone home screen like a native tool.

Small surface, daily use

The interface fits on one screen because the habit loop has to survive the worst day, not the best one. Open, tap, close — under three seconds, or it stops happening.

Streaks were left out deliberately after testing them: breaking one killed motivation for days. The heatmap shows density instead, which rewards coming back without punishing the gap.
