LocalInspo is a local-first screenshot canvas. Global hotkeys capture any region of the screen straight onto an infinite board — no cloud, no account, no lag.

Boards keep projects separated, and everything lives in a plain folder on disk so the library is portable and grep-able.

Local-first on purpose

Every screenshot tool wanted an account, a cloud, and a subscription. This one wants a folder. Captures land as plain files, boards are directories, and the whole library can be backed up by dragging it somewhere.

The canvas runs in the browser against a tiny local server, so it works offline and starts instantly. Hotkeys were the real unlock — capture without leaving the current app is what makes it a habit.
